A 3/4 frock refers to a type of dress or frock that is shorter in length compared to a full-length or ankle-length frock but longer than a knee-length frock. It typically falls to approximately three-quarters of the way down the leg, between the knee and the ankle. This length is sometimes also referred to as a “midi” length in contemporary fashion terminology.
